This website markets the apartments at Pacific House, Marlow. Andrew Milsom andLanes Exclusive Homes are the selling agents. This page explains what we collect when you answer our questions, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

Your answers to the five questions, your name, mobile number, email address and postcode, the next step you chose, any viewing time you pick, and whether you want news by email. We also record which advert brought you here, and your IP address and browser when you send your details.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and send the brochure, because you asked us to. We only send news about Pacific House if you ticked the box, and you can stop it at any time. We also use your details to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram adverts work.

Who we share it with

Andrew Milsom and Lanes Exclusive Homes, so they can contact you. Your details are stored in a Google Sheet, moved there by Zapier, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. If advertising measurement is switched on, Meta receives your email address and phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form so it can match your visit to an advert. We never sell your details.

Cookies

The site itself does not need cookies. If advertising measurement is switched on, the Meta Pixel sets cookies named _fbp and _fbc to link your visit to an advert.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as Pacific House is being sold. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can object to how we use them. To do any of these, emailhomes@andrewmilsom.co.uk or call 01628 890707. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
